Visa Requirement

Visas are required for travelling to Bhutan. Travellers without a visa clearance document will not be permitted to enter the country. No foreign missions/embassies abroad grant Bhutan tourist visas.

Visa Processing Formalities

Two months prior to your arrival to Bhutan. Send us your Passport copy/copies by mail. Photos will not be required. All the visa formalities will be taken care by the Kula Adventures upon receipt of full payment of the trip. Once the VISA application is approved by the government, we will send you the visa number. The actual visa is then stamped on arrival at the point of entry, No visa is entertained upon arrival.

Visa applications are cleared in advance, visa clearance numbers issued will be forwarded to overseas agents or clients directly. Actual visa is stamped on clients’ passports on arrival at the port of entry.
